The h.wood Group completely transformed the former Bootsy Bellows space into one of the most inviting Japanese restaurants on the Sunset Strip. Such a good girls’ night spot, with a gorgeous, intimate dining room and 4,000 records behind the bar. The team seriously knows their sake, so definitely order a carafe (or two) and let them guide you. And whatever you do, don’t skip the wagyu lobster roll. INSANE.
